I’m thinking about going Casspi, he was my choice but wanted a little backup on him. I’m intrigued by Al Thorton, too, since he’s still playing about 25-30 minutes a night, but he’s horribly inconsistent and I just don’t know if I could deal with those inconsistencies. If Casspi’s still available when I get home, as yahoo is blocked here at work, I think I’ll make that move.

@generic: Good thinking about Lawson. It’s unfortunate, since he’s such a stud.

I like Casspi going forward, especially since K-Mart looks really likely to have surgery and with Nocioni’s recent DUI, things look dicey for the Kings’ backcourt.

Bell could be nice too, since this won’t be the last we hear of a Michael Redd absence.

Hansbrough is intriguing, but not worth a spot yet. If Granger has to miss time, that’ll change.

Bynum, Pecherov and Boone are temporary stopgaps.

DeRozan and Harden are appealing for the long-term, but not now.

I’m looking for a potential replacement for Ty Lawson. I don’t really need any one category, just looking for the best player available going forward. I figure with Lawson’s role likely being limited quite a bit when JR Smith returns, that I need to make a pickup before it’s stripped even more bare than it is now.
