Waiver wire watch:
Omri Casspi – nice line on Sunday (12 points, 10 boards, 5 assists, 4 threes, 3 steals), should be solid while Martin is out

Beno Udrih – will be good while Martin is sidelined

Tyler Hansbrough – should be decent while Troy Murphy is sidelined

Rafer Alston – surprisingly still available in most leagues; Devin Harris out for two to four more weeks

George Hill – will get minutes while Tony Parker is out, only be appealing in deeper leagues

Marreese Speights – deserves shot at starting spot

Injuries:
Tony Parker (ankle): out about a week

Kenyon Martin (leg): could be back soon

Pau Gasol (hamstring): could be back this week

Andrew Bynum (elbow): see above

Tyrus Thomas (arm): out four to six weeks

Richard Hamilton (ankle): could be out this week

Tayshaun Prince (back): surgery possible, might be droppable at this point

Courtney Lee (groin): shouldn’t be out long

Marreese Speights (knee): knocked knees on Sunday

Vince Carter (ankle): will likely return this week, maybe Tuesday

Nate Robinson (ankle): might return this week

So what do you think about the TMac and Dunleavy news? TMac expected back as soon as November 18, Dunleavy perhaps at the start of December.

Who would you roster for a bench spot out of McGrady, Dunleavy, & Casspi? Someone got tired of Chalmers and I got him for free in my 12-team league.

@generic: I am of the school that avoids T-Mac and Dunleavy at all costs this season. Both are DNPs waiting to happen.

In a 12-team league, they might be intriguing players to stash and trade away once they string together some nice lines, but nothing more than that. I’d suggest staying away from them altogether.

I like Casspi the best of those three. Between T-Mac and Dunleavy, I like T-Mac slightly better.
