Beast of the Night: Steve Nash finished with 16 points, 2 threes, 5 rebounds, 13 assists, 2 steals and 2 turnovers last night. He shot 64 percent (7-11) from the field but didn’t shoot any free throws. Nash continues to do well in the Suns’ return to their run-and-gun style of play, as his points, threes, assists and shooting percentages are all up from last season.

Beast of the Night: Jason Kidd was a monster again, putting up a line to the tune of 16 points, 2 threes, 8 boards, 10 assists, 5 steals, 1 block and 4 turnovers. He shot 83 percent (5-6) from the floor and 100 percent (4-4) from the line. Kidd remains one of the best fantasy point guards today.

Beast of the Night: Marcus Camby scored 12 points, grabbed 18 boards and dished out 4 assists while racking up 3 steals and 1 block. He shot 67 percent (6-9) from the field and turned the ball over twice. He’s having somewhat of a disappointing season so far, but his owners have to be pleased that he put up this big line. Camby’s injury history and the nearing return of Blake Griffin mean that his owners shouldn’t expect this type of production on a nightly basis. It also might be a good time to sell high on him.
Notable lines:
Tyreke Evans – 10-18 FG (56%), 7-7 FT (100%), 1 3ptm, 28 Pts, 4 Reb, 4 Ast, 1 Stl, 5 TO
Marc Gasol – 8-10 FG (80%), 2-3 FT (67%), 18 Pts, 6 Reb, 3 Ast, 2 Stl, 4 Blk, 2 TO
Rudy Gay – 10-17 FG (59%), 3-5 FT (60%), 1 3ptm, 24 Pts, 8 Reb, 3 Ast, 3 Stl, 1 Blk, 4 TO
Michael Redd – 1-3 FG (33%), 1-6 FT (17%), 1 3ptm, 4 Pts, 2 Ast, 1 TO (continue reading…)

Beast of the Night: Nene must have been angry or something last night as he finished with 20 points, 10 rebounds, 5 assists, 4 steals, 4 blocks and 2 turnovers while shooting 62 percent (8-13) from the floor and 80 percent (4-5) from the line. His health remains a concern, but his owners had to love this one.
Notable lines:
Stephen Curry – 6-10 FG (60%), 0-1 FT (0%), 2 3ptm, 14 Pts, 5 Reb, 7 Ast, 3 TO

Buy Low:
Devin Harris, Antawn Jamison, Kevin Love, J.R. Smith, Rashard Lewis and anyone else who is going to return from an injury or suspension in the near future are buy-low candidates.
Danilo Gallinari: should be OK again soon, take him from frustrated owners
John Salmons: making his way back
Derrick Rose: making progress with bum ankle
Brook Lopez: disappointing so far, should bounce back against easy opponents this month
Kevin Durant: low FT% will rise
O.J. Mayo and Mike Conley: a bit of a stretch, but murmurs of Allen Iverson trade already bubbling (continue reading…)
